How do I start a course?

Enrollment, access, and first lesson.

Open the course catalog, choose your program, and enroll. Once confirmed, your dashboard unlocks the lessons immediately. If you’re returning, you can resume from the last watched lesson with progress saved.

Do I need prior experience in floristry?

Beginner-friendly learning path.

No experience needed. Our foundation modules cover flower care, conditioning, core tools, stem mechanics, and bouquet geometry. Advanced lessons build on that with color theory, foam-free structures, and event-ready workflows.

What is included in the course price?

What you get vs. materials.

You get lesson videos, downloadable checklists, structured practice briefs, and community access. Physical materials (flowers, vases, mechanics) aren’t included unless the course explicitly states a kit.

Can I learn on mobile?

Responsive lessons & best settings.

Yes—everything is mobile-ready. For HD playback, we recommend Wi‑Fi. For hands-on practice, landscape mode helps you see stem angles and hand positions clearly.

Do you offer certificates?

Completion requirements.

Yes. Complete the required lessons and submit the final assignment. Your certificate becomes available for download in your profile once completion is verified.

Can I switch between light and dark themes?

Yes. Use the theme button in the header to switch between light and dark. Your preference is saved and restored automatically on your next visit.

What is your refund policy?

Time window and eligibility.

Refunds are available within 7 days if you’ve completed less than 20% of the course. Contact support with your order email; we’ll process it back to the original payment method.
